Signs of Spring

We have had a few nice days here (finally) and it looks like Spring may finally be here.

One sign of spring is the return of the birds. This year a few birds decided to make our home their home.

This is the wreath on our front door.

Here is a birds nest in the wreath.

First there was one egg.

Then two.

Now four.

I don't have a picture of the birds because they are a bit skittish.

So now we are very cautious about using the front door. We obviously don't want anything to happen to the nest or to scare the mother away. We won't be able to replace the window with the screen until the family decides to move on. But, it has provided a bit of entertainment around here. Everyday we check to on our new little friends.
